rain, rain go away

In the past four years, Diane and I have never had a an outdoor ceremony rained out. This record was threatened recently when it rained most of the day prior to Christie and Scott's wedding. One of my favorite pictures is of Christie and Scott sitting on the front porch looking at the downpour.

The Williams-Slocum Home in Byron, Georgia was the site of Scott and Christie's wedding. Barbara Ray, the owner, was a gracious host and shared the history of this lovely home.
As noted above, rain threatened, but Christie and Scott's love for each other shined so bright that the day was perfect!

Ashley & Charlie

In addition to their love for each other, Ashley and Charlie share a love of music. Charlie is in the U.S. Army and Ashley is a teacher.
Ashley and her bridesmaids began the day at Salon Voila in Roswell. The wedding was at the Peachtree Corners Presbyterian Church and the reception was at Founders Hall in Roswell.
